Lab rates are lower than others! They messes up sometimes! Online report system is slow. They also delayed my report for 2 days and the morning and shift lab assistant was very rude at model town branch

No response of phone calls. I think there is no need of PTCL in lab anymore and they should also remove the contact number from the site!!!
