Our experience at Buch International Hospital was quite good overall, especially under the care of 𝘿𝙧. 𝙎𝙖𝙞𝙢𝙖 𝙍𝙖𝙚𝙚𝙨, one of the best gynecologists, who treated my mother with the utmost care. The level of attention and professionalism she showed made all the difference in what was a difficult time for our family. Highly recommended from our side. ⭐️

I recently visited this hospital, and while I have to say the building and environment are truly impressive, my experience with the medical treatment left a lot to be desired. On one hand, it’s absolutely a state-of-the-art facility that looks great. However, I encountered significant issues with the doctors’ timing. I had a fixed appointment, but the doctor arrived late, which really made me feel like my time was being overlooked. Additionally, I have undergone an operation there, and I wasn’t too happy with the nursing staff. It felt like they were more focused on socializing than providing care. I expected a bit more attentiveness when it comes to patient comfort and assistance. It seemed like the only person truly invested in the treatment was the doctor. Overall, while the hospital has a beautiful setting and seems advanced, the actual service and management of time could use some serious improvement. I hope they take these aspects into consideration to enhance the experience for future patients

I recently had my parent's cataract surgery performed at Buch Hospital, and I must say that the staff’s incompetence was quite disappointing. While the hospital's cleanliness, appearance, and scenery are commendable, the cost is higher than other international hospitals, even those in Islamabad. It’s clear that when the staff is aware that the patient is insured and that our hospital is on their panel, they silently inflate the expenses. This practice is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. I tried to make following ratings of different areas of hospital for people's clarity, it's according to my experience, people can disagree with these. 1. Access from Multan city area 8/10 2. Parking: 10/10 3. Cleanliness: 10/10 4. Average no. of patients per doctor for check-up: 3-4 5. Staff competency: 6/10 6. Expensive: 8/10 7. Staff behaviour: 9/10

One of the world class hospital in Pakistan. I was amazed to see the standard of services, quality and care. Such a calm atmosphere, helping staff and top tier doctors, everything was admirable. Thanks to the founders and administration for such innovative healthcare services. More power to you
