My younger brother who is 8 years old had tonsils & it was bothering him alot. Dr Professor Saleem Sheikh from nishter hospital multan performed the surgery. We were not comfortable for surgery to take place in Nishter so he suggested us to get the surgery done in Jinnah Hospital Multan where he is working privately. Before surgery took place they made my mother sign a consent form which was compulsory for the surgery to start & obviously she did not read because she too had tonsils surgery in the past from a different doctor and it was a short and safe surgery. After the surgery was done the doctor told my mother that during surgery my brother's front teeth was broken by the Dr. This was a complete act of negligence as his milk teeth did fell already and now he had new teeth which now will not grow back again. The previous teeth was completely healthy & strong. The doctor is not taking the responsibility for it. The doctor took out the teeth from it's root and has caused distress for my younger brother's entire life! Upon complaining he told us that my mother has signed a consent form which says they won't be responsible for teeth loss or death. However, the child is in extreme pain because the dentist had to put back the teeth which was taken out with stitches and braces (this is only a risk and result is 50/50). The child is in extreme pain and cannot eat or speak properly. Please do not go to this doctor! Take care of yourselves and children! #BycottDrSaleemSheikh #BoycottJinnahHospital
