I am writing this review after 1 week of CXL laser . I had undergo CXL last Friday. It was a very bad experience. The main thing is that they misguided us .We came from a far away city they told us you will travel to your home but that was a worst ever journey for me .They also told even you will be able to go to your work the next day . But it took almost 5 days to back to work . For first 3 days i was even not able to open my eyes . I bear a lot of pain and burning for 3 days . I was in so much pain that i have to take sleeping pills for 4 days . After 3 days i went to the eye specialist of my city they prescribed me steroid injection for 3 days and due to that Alhamdulillah i recoverd. The laser center doctor did my laser. But after that they don't know how to mange that according to the patient's situation. After laser they treated every patient with same treatment protocol. Even after a week i am unable to use phone especially at night time even with eye care mode. And i also feel pressure on my eyes even after a week . Not satisfied Dr is not experienced in doing CXL laser more important the afterward care or post laser protocols.

The doctor seems competent but you have to wait a lot to get a checkup. My friend and his family had laser glasses removal and all were really satisfied. I would recommend going elsewhere as you have to waste a lot of time here. Now most good eye doctors have advanced equipment in Multan.

Highly unprofessional behavior. Patients schedule appointments and arrive on time, only to find that the doctor is unavailable. They are then made to wait for hours, with the excuse that the doctor will come after Jumma prayers. Despite knowing that patients travel from distant cities, there is little regard for their pain and time.
