Costly, but very clean environment. They should have a clear guiding person who came there to visit. not such complex building for literate peoples.

I had a C-section recently. On the day of my discharge, a nurse came to assist me in changing my clothes. I asked my attendant to step out of the room, leaving the nurse alone with me. While I went to the washroom, my handbag remained in the room. Before leaving the hospital, I checked my bag and realized that ₹5000 in cash was missing. The nurse who attended to me was on night duty, and her shift had already ended by the time I discovered this. I reported the incident to the head nurse, but unfortunately, no action was taken. I urge everyone to be cautious and avoid leaving their belongings unattended, even in such settings. It's truly disappointing and unacceptable for such behavior to occur among hospital staff.

I had the worst experience of my life at Mukhtar A Sheikh Hospital Emergency on 16th March around 2 AM. I rushed there with my wife who was in severe pain and cramps. The entire experience was heartbreaking, but I am sharing the main points so the hospital management wakes up and stops risking other people’s lives. No Gynecologist available in the emergency ward to handle critical cases. Only a Medical Officer (MO) was present. The emergency staff was extremely unprofessional—busy on their phones, not paying attention to the patient. In 4 hours, no specialist or senior doctor came to check my wife. No proper diagnosis was made, and we were sent back with a wrong diagnosis claiming it was a gastric issue. Sadly, my wife had a miscarriage, which could have been prevented if timely action was taken. The ultrasound machine in the gyne ward was either out of order or the doctor didn’t know how to operate it. Ultrasound is critical in gyne cases, but shockingly, it wasn’t done in the first 3 hours. Instead, they just gave her painkillers. The ultrasound report took 40 minutes from radiology. I had to run around myself and print it from the emergency reception. The doctor kept saying, “It’s not uploading in the system, what can I do?” What if the patient had died waiting? No one guided us to the gyne ward or even offered a wheelchair for my wife, who was in extreme pain. When I complained about this unprofessional behavior, the receptionist, Mr. Abu Zar, rudely said, "We have given you the number, go and complain." Mr. Abu Zar also took an advance of Rs. 2000 at admission and didn’t return it at discharge, even though I cleared all bills. I called the reception after reaching home, but they didn’t return it. I request the hospital management to take this seriously, reflect on their failures, and stop risking patients’ lives. People come to you in their worst moments—please don’t make their experience even more traumatic. For anyone reading this: Never take your patient to Mukhtar A Sheikh Hospital for emergency cases. They are highly unprofessional and irresponsible when it comes to emergencies, and there’s no one to raise your complaint.

Unexpected worst experience. Non professional attitude of staff. Even for emergency, they wasted time saying go 1st for entry of data of patient then they will start treatment. Stained sheets of all beds in peads emergency Staff nurse brought and put on mask for adults for nebulisation. On so much insistence and arguments she brought mask for children but during opening mask part fell down on floor. Again too much resistance by both staff and doctor to replace the fallen mask with new one. Didnt take vitals of patient. Filled feedback/complaint form, received phone call after 4-5 days saying they will investigate etc.
